Full planning consent has been granted by South Holland District Council - Reference number is H08-0036-16 for the demolition and clearance of the whole site and the plans included in the Full Planning Consent show an indicative site layout of 5 residential units. An Affordable Housing provision condition has been included in the Full Planning Consent, which following discussion with Planning Officers at South Holland District Council, we have been advised would be removable by an Application to Remove/Vary the condition attached to this Planning consent, and would not be imposed on any further Full Planning application for a scheme of 10 units or less, which propose to provide less than 1,000m2 of floorspace , following the High Court decision on 11 May 2016, Case No C1/2015/2559.
