Hartscroft has been a fabulous place to live! We've had the best of both worlds - central Croydon with great shopping and places to eat is only 15 minutes away and yet where we live is tranquil, green and secluded. The 433 bus stop is a mere 3 minute walk away while the 64 bus stop is only 10 minutes' walk away. The spaciousness of the property is what we appreciate most. You can arrange the middle and lower floor in a number of ways, e.g. what we use as a study could be an extra bedroom. We've also loved having a large kitchen and open plan living area since we both love cooking. Cosy in the winter, bright and airy in the summer, perfect for a couple or family, it's a lovely home. We hope the new owners are as happy here as we have been.
