When we initially viewed this house almost 30 years ago, we were looking for a detached property. It's only when we realised just house much space this house had, over and above most of the detached houses that we viewed, that we knew instantly it had to be ours. It's certainly one of the largest semi detached properties we have seen in Brockham and it's sure to please families and anyone looking to down-size that doesn't want to compromise on space. Since living here we have created 2 extra bedrooms over the garage and an additional shower room. We also added the conservatory. After so many happy years here, we have finally decided to relocate and let another family relish all this space.
