Lots of features to talk about - then again, we're reluctant to because we want you to take a look first hand, as it were. And given the house now stands vacant and ready for viewing, why not call and arrange a viewing - we can normally agree at fairly short notice. Briefly, the accommodation comprises a small hallway to the living room. In fact, even before entering, you can sense the standard of fixtures and fittings : from the quality of the fencing, the internal glass doors, the floor coverings, but walk through the living room and into the kitchen/breakfast room and appreciate more...

From the kitchen you can see the size of the garden. Completely low maintenance although large enough to convert to grass, (or astro turf maybe) for toddlers. It faces the right direction too - sunny side of the street. And the kitchen is great. Smart, well equipped and with the ever useful breakfast bar with a radiator below. (The house has gas central heating and pvc double glazing).

Whilst you're looking at the photos of the kitchen, you also need to know there's a garage attached to the side of the house. Now its not a garage for cars (as the access is too narrow) but it is secure and well presented and useful for conversion into a working utility area for the future.

Upstairs and you'll notice that just like the living room, most walls are in white. Fresh, clean and bright but also neutral, ready for you to add your own colour schemes. There's a huge bathroom upstairs, large enough for a shower cabinet as well as a corner bath located to the other side of this large room. Altogether very smart.

There are two double bedrooms, both with useful alcoves, the larger with wardrobe furniture.

So top marks for the house. What about the location. 'I never knew where St Paul's Close was and I've lived in Rock Ferry for years'...says a visiting friend. And that just about sums up St Paul's. You wouldn't go to St Paul's other than to visit a friend or relative. It's a no through road, obviously; but it's a short road too - and out of the way, as we say, behind the church.
