I moved here 14 years ago as I fell in love with the location. The development itself is incredibly friendly and I loved the outlook and surroundings. It's also very convenient for all that Brockham has to offer and I can walk from here to the butchers and local shops as well as the local pubs for a meal with friends. It also feels much more like a house than a flat with the garden being the only thing missing but the communal outside space is the answer to that! There is no better place to sit and get some sunshine than overlooking the pond. It's time for me to move now as the children have grown up and moved away so no need for all this space anymore.
