The location really doesn't get much better than here, although it is a nice quiet area close to Southwick Green, everything we need is virtually on our doorstep.

Shopping in Southwick Square is very convenient with local traders such as a butchers and greengrocers as well as a supermarket and banks. There is a real sense of community.

We have enjoyed creating this lovely home into what it is today including recently converting the front garden into our own off road parking space, which has definitely made life easier, especially after a busy day! We will be proud to pass it on to new owners.
