We moved here 14 years ago and for us it was all about the location. With kids in tow we wanted something that was well located for them the play with their friends and also for access to schools. When this house came up for sale, we jumped at it even though it needed huge amounts of work back then. Since living here we have completely transformed it with virtually everything having been done. We installed a new kitchen, redesigned the bathroom and added the additional cloakroom. We have also redecorated every room and added the conservatory.
Its now time for us to start looking at our future and the prospects of retiring and let another family reap the rewards of such a fantastic location and family home.
