Lot 2 - OS No. 0058 - ‘Land east of Ladyfield Road’

With direct access on to Ladyfield Road, the field is easily accessed and is 32.54 acres (13.17 hectares) or thereabouts. The field is currently lying fallow, having previously been cropped with a Winter Barley crop.

The Soil Survey of England and Wales classifies the soil as being that of the ‘Aberford’ series being well drained, fine loamy soils over limestone.

Directions

Exit the M1 Motorway at junction 31 and head east along the A57 towards Worksop. At the first roundabout, take the third exit on to Kiverton Lane and continue for 1.5 miles. At the end of Kiverton Lane go left then take the immediate right on to Hard Lane and continue for 1.2 miles. Upon entering Harthill, take the seond left on to Thorpe Lane and the Loscar Field will be designated by a Wilbys For Sale board.

For the second parcel, continue along Harthill Road into Thorpe Salvin and take the first left after the Church on to Ladyfield Road. Travel 0.5 miles with the field designated on the right side by a Wilbys For Sale Board.
