Directions - From the Totnes office turn right onto Coronation Road. Continue to the round about and take the 2nd exit straight over onto the A385. Continue straight through the traffic lights to Dartington. At the round about take to third exit on to the A384 signed Exeter Ashburton. Continue through mini round about, going past Dartington Church on your right then passing the the Rudolf Steiner School on your left, take the next left signed Velwell and Luscombe. Continue on this road for 1/2 a mile, you will then see a pillared entrance on your left signed Higher Velwell Farm.
