We bought this house around 11 years ago. We had viewed others but wanted to be in a village location and we liked the fact it had a conservatory to give extra living space, had its own parking space and has lovely views overlooking fields, all of which made it stand out over the other houses we had viewed. We have made a few improvements in the last couple of years and we have installed a new fuse board, boiler, front door and power shower. We are looking to stay in Capel which speaks volumes about what a fantastic village it is to live in.
