METHOD OF SALE The lots on offer are for sale by informal tender.

The tender closing date is Thursday 15th December 2016 at 12 noon.

In the usual way the vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest nor indeed any tender, to withdraw the land prior to the tender closing date or sell at any time throughout the marketing period.
