Property Description

Full description

Located within a short 5 minute walk to Redhill town centre, ideal for anyone needing to commute everyday for work. Redhill’s main line train station has frequently running trains which can take you into the bright lights of London in just 30 minutes!
Situated off the main road and down a quiet residential road is this modern terraced family home. As you approach the house, the driveway offers parking for 1 car.
As you walk inside the front door, you are greeted by an entrance hall with light carpets and neutral colours painted throughout, a blank canvass ready for the next owner to put their own stamp on. Over three floors you start your tour on the ground floor. To your left you walk through into the separate kitchen, designed with a stone lamite worktop, white cuboards and a grey tiled lamite flooring. Making your way back into the hallway you have a handy cloakroom while at the back sits the spacious dining room. The large window faces out onto the garden and allows for plenty of light to flood the room. Downstairs, there is a front door that leads you outside, up some steps and back round to the front of the house. Also on this floor you have a fantastic sized bedroom and a separate living room, of which gives you access to the private rear garden through a set of French doors.
Stepping outside you have a patio area at the front which then follows onto a lawn area with trees at the back, keeping the garden private and secluded.
On the top floor, you have a further 2 bedrooms and a main family bathroom.
Surrounded by local shops, coffee shops and a few restaurants, Redhill town centre holds a lot of what anyone would need on a day-to-day basis. However, if you enjoy evenings out, or perhaps the cinema, head into Reigate High Street where you can enjoy a stroll through the quaint and elegant town, enjoy a film at the Everyman cinema and then head out to one of the many bars or pubs Reigate has to offer for a few drinks and maybe to even enjoy some live music!

"This is an absolute gem of a house as it is in the centre of Redhill, yet down a quiet road so you can enjoy peaceful living. Perfect for someone who needs to commute into London for work, Redhill train station is only a short walk away! The cherry on the cake here for me has to be the fact that you are also a short walk away from, without a doubt, Redhill's best pub Home Cottage! the food is delicious and the service is fantastic, it's ideal for a Sunday roast dinner or even a weekend drink after work."

Having lived here for the last 18 years we will be sad to leave. This home has certainly been a great family home for us over the years. The dining room is mainly where we spend most of our time, especially when I am working from home. Being elevated from the ground floor, the sun beams through the trees and through the window. The school catchments here are also great with St John's primary school and Reigate school, both of which are very highly recommended. I have now decided it is time for a change and hope the new owners are as happy here as we have been.
