When we saw the show house of our property we fell in love with it.
We added numerous upgrades to give an extra high quality touch and really tried to replicate that show home look and feel. We opted for the conservatory to extend our living space and also added extra granite work tops and cupboards to make a breakfast bar.
The vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom creates a wonderful feeling of space.
Our garden gets the sun most of the day. We laid Timber Stone which has a great look but with minimal maintenance, this gives us a generous area for barbecues and dining outside. We have sat out in the garden getting the summer sun until nine thirty at night.
We originally looked at Biggleswade for its excellent road and rail links into London and Cambridge. The station and town are a pleasant 15 minute stroll away, as is the recent addition of a retail park with many popular high street names. We moved to the area from some distance away, so having two great size bedrooms spare, made it easy to invite friends and family over.
We have been exceptionally happy here. Our neighbours have been fantastic, friendly and very considerate. Everyone in the street will say hello and we will miss our first house as a family so much.
