When we first turned up to have a look at the house we pulled up outside and were just about to drive away, fortunately the owner saw us and came out to show us around. As soon as we went in we realised the house was more than we thought it was going to be and we couldn't believe our luck. The accommodation was all we needed for our growing family and the garden was beyond our wildest imagination and offered us so much space. At the time we were still commuting to work and with the railway station just a short walk away we were so lucky to get everything we needed. The children were able to use the garage as a playroom and it double up as a spare room when we had guests. Its now time for us to downsize and follow our hearts to the seaside.
