These tall townhouses were built in the early 19th century as part of the Brunswick Estate, when Brighton had suddenly become one of the most popular places to live in the UK after the Prince Regent took up residence here in The Royal Pavilion. This building has the classic curved facade of the period, and is uniform in cream like the iconic houses lining the promenade. This apartment resides on the ground floor and is accessed down a short communal hallway.


Once inside, you are welcomed into a short entrance hall where the generous living room is first on the left. The high ceilings and beautiful curved bow sash windows give the room an air of grandeur and the room is filled with light from the east. There is ample space in here for a dining table as well as comfortable sofas, and the room is warmed during the cooler months by a coal effect electric fire.


The bathroom is next, and this is conveniently next door to bedroom two. It is an internal room, but it is well ventilated with soothing low lighting for a relaxing bathe.
