I have lived in this house for over 20 years and it has been a great home. The location is ideal if you have a dog like I do, being able to walk for hours through the surrounding fields. I had even kept my pony here from time to time for many years at the end half of the garden. I had at one point considered converting the loft into another bedroom & en suite (subject to the necessary permissions), so had a full staircase installed but have never needed the additional space but it has made getting into the loft with boxes a doddle. I am in a fortunate position where I am able to vacate as soon as a buyer requires.
