Directions - From the A30 dual carriageway between Exeter and Honiton leave at the Daisymount roundabout. Head in a Southerly direction on the B3180 for approximately 3 miles and at Tipton Cross on Aylesbeare Hill turn left. After half a mile as the road bends to the right take the left fork. At the crossroads go straight over and after a further quarter mile past the entrance to Lower Broad Oak Road on the left and on the right hand bend, turn left. Stay on this lane, which bends around to the right leading into the unmetalled road. Continue for a few hundred yards and the land can be found on the left.
