We moved here 23 years ago and for us it was all about the location. We loved the idea of just being minutes away from Dorking yet with all the feeling of being almost out in the country at the same time. Being in a small cul-de-sac, we have become rather attached to our neighbours over the years and there is certainly a real sense of community with people looking out for each other, without living in each other's pockets. Since living here, we have done a great deal of work and maintenance on the house. From small things like redecorating and re-carpeting to bigger things like replacing the kitchen and double glazing. In the last year we also renewed all the outside timbers. It's been a superb family home
