I bought this home approximately six years ago and have loved every minute of my time here. I chose this property over others I viewed because of its location being so close to Hornchurch station, local shops, doctors and great school catchments areas.

Since owning the home I have installed a new family bathroom on the first floor, redecorated throughout and generally maintained the home.

The road in general and neighbours are fantastic and I will be sorry to leave. However, the time has come for me to look for a home further out of this area, as I no longer need all of the local amenities that I once did.

I truly hope the next occupants are as happy here as I have been.
