We bought this house 16 years ago as we could see the potential it had to offer. The location was also a big bonus, being just within easy access to transport, reputable schools and shops.

The loft is boarded and insulated so is great for housing our belongings, and it could possibly be converted (subject to the relevant planning permission being obtained). We have maintained the house well over the years, we have great neighbours and there is a real sense of community here. Although we are sad to leave we know we are passing on a great home for new owners to enjoy.
