We bought this property as our family home over 25 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The living space really worked for us as the lounge area is a good size for these houses and there is also a separate dining area which meant we could all sit round the dining table and actually have a family conversation over dinner. It is great to have a conservatory because if the kids were watching television and we want somewhere quiet to go, we can just close the door behind us and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is also great being in a cul-de-sac because the only cars we see are our neighbours and we have ample off road parking so no need to search for a parking space.
