SITUATION
The field fronts onto the road leading into Golberdon from the Callington direction and the attractive village is set amongst unspoilt countryside. The field has a level approach from the road which is a straight section to the village with good visibility. DESCRIPTION

UPLIFT CLAUSE

From the traffic lights in Callington proceed towards Launceston on the A388 road bearing off left after approximately 1/4 of a mile into South Hill Road which leads to Maders, Golberdon and South Hill. Continue on this road for approximately 2 miles turning left after the hamlet of Maders and where signposted to ‘Golberdon’.  Proceed down this road towards the village where the field will be found on the left hand side having a for sale sign displayed and roughly 320 yards before reaching the crossroads by the war memorial and village hall.
