We bought this house around two years ago as we fell in love with the size. We had been viewing two bedroom flats but this offered more space than most we viewed and we loved the fact it had its own garden and when we saw the view over fields, we were blown away.
The garden room extension has been a fantastic place to entertain and have dinner parties and in warmer months we put up a hammock in the garden at the rear of the shed. It's a lovely secluded spot to enjoy the views of Box Hill and make the most of a summers afternoon. Since we have been here we have re-decorated and put in new laminate flooring downstairs. We are now looking to move up the property ladder and hope this will make a fantastic home for the next owners.
