Tenure: Freehold

If you are looking for a home with it's own garden and parking space in a semi rural location then this spacious one bedroom house could be for you.

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with views over fields you have the best of both worlds - countryside right on your doorstep and just a short drive to Reigate and Dorking if you fancy a night out or need to go shopping. You're also within walking distance of Brockham which is famous for it's bonfire and firework display.

Enter through the gate into your garden and this home is private and secluded from the rest of the cul-de-sac. Rustle up some culinary delights in the kitchen and enjoy entertaining family and friends in the garden room extension overlooking the great size garden with views over fields.

In warmer months set up your table and chairs outside on the decking and enjoy a barbecue in the garden.

If friends or family want to stay over there is room for a sofa bed in the lounge area and if you occasionally work from home there is plenty of room for you to have a separate work space in the garden room extension.

The bedroom has plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and there's nothing better when you wake up in the morning to take in the glorious views over fields.

This home ticks all the boxes and would be a fantastic first purchase or investment so book your viewing today.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house around two years ago as we fell in love with the size. We had been viewing two bedroom flats but this offered more space than most we viewed and we loved the fact it had its own garden and when we saw the view over fields, we were blown away.
The garden room extension has been a fantastic place to entertain and have dinner parties and in warmer months we put up a hammock in the garden at the rear of the shed. It's a lovely secluded spot to enjoy the views of Box Hill and make the most of a summers afternoon. Since we have been here we have re-decorated and put in new laminate flooring downstairs. We are now looking to move up the property ladder and hope this will make a fantastic home for the next owners.
