From junction 28 on the M1 motorway, take the A38 dual carriageway towards Derby. Continue along the road for approximately 5.5 miles and take the junction sign posted for Ripley. On the roundabout take the first exit, the A610 for Codnor. Continue along the road, straight over the first roundabout and continue for Codnor over the second roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit signposted for Codnor and Nottingham. Continue along the road for 1.5 miles and at cross-road traffic lights, take the exit signposted for Nottingham continuing on the A610. Shortly after, take the first left onto Goose Lane and continue past the residential houses where the land will be found straight ahead, identified by our ?For Sale' board.
