I was living in Redhill and looking to buy my first home but Surrey was just too expensive and I would not have got much for my money so I decided to look within West Sussex. I only wanted to buy a new build and after looking at a number of properties I found one I quite liked in Broadbridge Heath but just as I was about to make an offer the developer increased the price. Although I was annoyed it did me a favour as I ventured into Southwater to look at the Bovis development and managed to secure this home. It had two double bedrooms and a good sized garden backing onto a wooded copse which I found unusual for a new build.

I will be sad to leave but my wife and I have decided to move towards Billingshurst.
