Having owned this property for nearly 25 years I can honestly say this has been a lovely place to live. Being in a Cul-de-Sac there is practically no passing traffic and as such it feels really safe. I have always had good neighbours so there has never been any problems in the time I have been here.

The bungalow is a reasonable size with 2 double bedrooms and a through lounge/dining area. I had a new kitchen fitted a few years ago and this has really enhanced the property. I also had a new boiler and radiators fitted at the same time. The garden is a nice feature of the bungalow and there is also a good sized garage which is accessed from the rear of the garden. I mainly use this for additional storage because you can easily park 2 cars on the block paved driveway. I have done my best to keep the place in good order and I hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have.
