And from a more functional perspective, the amount of storage space tucked away in this flat is fantastic!

We will miss waking up in the morning and enjoying breakfast and coffee in the sunshine on the deck by our bedroom, looking onto the flowers we have planted in the garden.

The location is undeniably good - you can take your pick of the excellent selection of restaurants, bars and seriously good coffee shops in family friendly Crouch End and Hornsey, all being within walking distance. And there's always something good on at the Arthouse and Picturehouse cinemas or the Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End. For more green space, you can wander over to Priory Park or Alexandra Park where a fantastic farmers market takes place every Sunday.
