This is an eco-house built to high code 4 standards. It is a Timber frame Construction with an external brick skin. It is incredibly insulated and has a 10 year LABC New Build Warranty. The retaining wall has about 5 guarantees for each product and the internal timber frame was signed off by the structural engineers.
