DESCRIPTION An incredibly deceptive property! Having been recently modernised throughout this family home really does offer an awful lot more than what initially meets the eye. Slightly elevated within its substantial plot the property takes advantages of some breathtaking views of the valley and open fields beyond. The location within this ever popular village provides the perfect base for any buyer to make the most of the beautiful countryside on offer whilst being just a stones throw from Bristol, Bath and Wells.

The accommodation as previously stated has been renovated with an immaculate finish throughout and the current vendors have worked carefully to create a home which takes advantage of both the fantastic views but also the very well sized rear garden. Downstairs a light and airy entrance hall leads to the cosy sitting room which boasts a feature log burner. From here the large kitchen breakfast room offers a great space for family time and leads to the garden. There is also a large dining room and conservatory. The upstairs doesn't disappoint either! The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and the further three bedrooms on this floor are serviced by a modern family bathroom.

Outside of the property is also totally deceptive from the front. Benefiting from being positioned on a corner plot the house has a very well sized level garden that wraps around the property. Predominantly laid to lawn the garden also boasts a large patio seating area, the garden boundary borders open fields beyond. To the front of the house there is also parking space for at least two vehicles.

We have noticed...The location at this property is great. Being part of the Chew Valley the house is on the border with the ever popular Chew Magna which offers fantastic village amenities but also so close still to Bristol. The modernising throughout has been done tastefully and carefully as to ensure that the property keeps its homely feel throughout!

Our vendor says... We moved here five years ago and have totally renovated the property. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and really enjoy the community within the village. We will miss the fabulous views and the garden but are looking forwards to moving on as a family!
