Errol is a popular village in the Carse of Gowrie, lying about three miles south of the A90. The regional centre of Perth is 10 miles to the west and Dundee city centre 13 miles to the east. From Perth take the A90 east towards Dundee. After eight miles leave the A90 at Inchmichael and follow road towards errol and the property will be found on the left just before the level crossing.
