We chose this apartment because it was the show home. This meant it had not been lived in at all when we moved here approximately 2 years ago and as a result of this, it still feels like a show home so you can move straight in without having to do anything.

The location is just about perfect with a bus stop directly outside so easy to get in to town if you wish. If you fancy a bit more conversation then why not wander down to the lounge on the ground floor where there is a tea and coffee service between 10am and 6pm including biscuits in the morning and cakes in the afternoon, or if you don't fancy cooking you can dine out in the restaurant. This really is the perfect retreat if you are over 60.
