Brickworks Says - We adore this house. While it may be a little unpolished in places, the beautiful, bohemian aesthetic is evident all over, especially downstairs. We covet the original fireplaces in the living room and dining room - both of which work - and the dark, worn boards in the front room fit perfectly with the stripped-back feel that links everything together.

The fact that there are two very decent sized living rooms downstairs is a real bonus. And we like the fact that the kitchen is open-plan making the dining room a great, social space. Both bedrooms upstairs are ample doubles too; one has built-in storage along one side.

The house does need some updating in places. So bear that in mind when assessing budgets and so on. We believe the inherent character significantly outweighs any drawback.

The Cycle Superhighway (CS1) has been extended up Tottenham High Road to Seven Sisters Tube. This significant improvement provides safer and quicker routes for cyclists heading into central London.

Transport links are good. South Tottenham Overground (part of the Gospel Oak to Barking Line) is five minutes away on foot. The super-fast Victoria Line is reachable from Seven Sisters (Zone 3) which is walkable within ten minutes and is now 24 hours at the weekend. And Stamford Hill Rail Station, also ten minutes away on foot, runs directly to Liverpool Street.
