An appeal was lodged with The Planning Inspectorate which was allowed on 1st November 2016 for the conversion of the existing building and land within its curtilage to form a single dwelling.

Directions - From Truro take the A39 towards Falmouth and drive for about seven miles to Higher Treluswell double roundabout. Go straight over staying on the A39 towards Falmouth. At Higher Treliever double roundabouts, at the second roundabout take the first left towards Falmouth staying on the A39. Drive down to the next roundabout and go straight over. At the next roundabout take the second exit towards Constantine. Drive up the hill to the roundabout and take the third exit towards Constantine. At the T junction, turn right towards Penryn. Drive down the hill and the entrance to the property will be seen on the left-hand side, just before the 30mph speed limit sign.
Mains Water - The Purchaser will be required to connect to the existing water meter adjacent to the public road and entrance driveway and disconnect the water supply which currently serves the property and adjoining farmland. The Vendor reserves the right to enter onto the driveway to reconnect a mains water supply to the water main to serve retained farmland.
Mains Electricity - It is understood there is mains electricity in the area.
Drainage - It is envisaged that a private drainage system will be installed within the grounds.
