The bungalow has been in the family for over 16 years and was purchased when mum & dad retired and moved down South. They were looking for a quiet location, with local shops whilst not being too far from local amenities and that was exactly what they found. They liked the no through road location and the secluded rear garden.They enjoyed living here and made great friends with their neighbours. Whilst they made some improvements for maintenance free living such as double glazed windows and an updated central heating system, they would be the first to admit that the bungalow needs some modernising and they feel that they have reflected this in the asking price.
