Situated only a stone's throw from Folkestone's harbour this four bedroom Victorian home not only enjoys a great location but also, with its deceptive facade, has plenty to offer on the inside. With parking becoming increasingly more difficult as Folkestone's popularity continues to grow, on arrival you will be pleased to find this facility is fully catered for with a parking bay at the front. Once inside, this home will impress throughout. Four bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements and like the current owners, if this isn't necessarily required, then giving this home a versatile edge, why not use one of them as a study, especially if working from home has ever crossed your mind. The bathroom still sparkles from a recent update and will be a tranquil haven where you will be forgiven for wallowing in the bath a little longer than maybe you should. The heart of this home has to be its kitchen and lounge areas which seamlessly flow into one another creating what would be better described as the family area. Never again will anyone be shut away in the kitchen whilst conjuring up their culinary delights. In fact, free flowing conversation can be had between the two areas and entertaining couldn't really have a better platform. With its wood burning stove the lounge area has a real warmth however, on warmer days you will no doubt head out to your sun trap rear garden, lawned and decked to suit all, to grab a breath of fresh air.
What the Owner says:
We loved everything about this house when we first saw it, it gave us everything we needed, catering for our parking needs, giving us that all important outside space and as far as space is concerned inside, we couldn't quite believe how much it had to offer. The way the kitchen area and lounge area are set up keeps the family altogether and there is nothing more cosy than when the wood burner is all fired up on a cold winter's night. The location is very convenient, it is easy to get to the town centre and even easier to stroll down to the harbour where you will find there is always something going on.
