We have lived here with our children for 15 years. The estate we are situated in is quiet and safe for young children,. We bought this house as it is close to the A2/M2 for travel and near to a selection of good schools. This property has been great for raising a young family which is why we had an extension to add an extra bedroom to avoid moving. We bought our home primarily for space, particularly for off road parking. Having three bathrooms is wonderful and the large dining room has seen many great dinner parties. Whilst we are situated in a suburban area we feel the estate is nicely spaced out and amenities are within walking and open countryside is close by,.
