I wanted a place with good living space both inside and out, in a safe neighbourhood plus parking, so this was ideal. If offered good value for money in comparison to where I was coming from.The location is also quite practical for everything, I travel on the road regularly for work so being able to just hop on the motorway at various times, without any hassle, was a massive bonus. Having so much privacy at the back in the garden is also quite nice, especially in the summer months.It has been a lovely place to call home and I do hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have done.
