'Before moving to Walthamstow we were only vaguely familiar with the area but now we can say we are a fully integrated part of the community. We are friends with many of our neighbours and have met and became friends with several locals during our visits to St. James Park and the Marshes with our puppy. We regularly frequent Wood St Coffee and The Blackhorse workshops down the Road, my partner loved it so much she has rented a desk space there. The flat itself is well located being a stones throw away from the Blackhorse Road station on the Victoria Line and a short walk to St James St Station which goes to the City. We love living and working in this flat because of the bright sunlight. In the mornings it fills the living room and in the evenings the sun set is absolutely breath taking, it is one of the things we will miss most. Edward Road has a proper community and we tend to stick to this area even on the weekends frequenting our local The Chequers or cycling to have dinner in the Village. It is a lovely flat and beautiful area and we are convinced that anyone that lives here will feel the same.'
