I have owned this house for approximately 8 eights. When I bought it I really needed space for my family of 4 as well as to be able to be within easy walking distance of local schools and the town, so this really was perfect for me. It is so easy to walk anywhere from here, including to the local bus stop and train stations.

More recently I have rented the home out and never had a problem finding a tenant due to the size and location.
