It was by chance that we stumbled across the cottage, having overheard a conversation between friends, it sounded just what we were looking for. As soon as we walked through the door we could see the potential and knew we had to have it. We didn’t move in straight away as there was a lot of work to do. We had a new heating system installed, fitted a new kitchen and decorated throughout before moving in.

The location has been incredibly convenient for us, jumping on the train and being in Chichester in just 7 minutes the daily commute is easy, we are lucky to have a great butchers & local pub moments away, not to mention the other amenities that Barnham village offers.
