Having lived in the local area for some years, I already knew what a popular location South Ferring was. So when this property became available I had every confidence in buying it.
At the time, I needed a property that was affordable, could accommodate myself and my son and that was close to my work. A tough ask I thought, that was until I found this wonderful home.
From the very first viewing, I knew it ticked all of my boxes, from its fantastic setting, to its spacious feel, I instantly felt at home. The friendly community also helped us both settle in.
I have enjoyed looking after the property, at the back of mind I had also thought the property had great potential for further development, adding additional accomodation. But for now I have just had a new roof added earlier last year.
In more recent years, I have started my own business, so having a good size second bedroom, meant I had a spacious office to work from, which even enjoys a wonderful view!
I have enjoyed spending time in my garden, adding a raised decking area has provided me with a great entertainment space or just an area to sit back and enjoy a good book.
I will miss the convenience of this location, especially its proximity to two of my favourite places to socialise, where dogs are allowed too! The Tudor close pub and the Bluebird cafe. However it is now time for me to move onto pastures new. I am confident that the new buyers will enjoy this special property as much as I have.
