This home has been in the family for over 40 years and it bringing up children here has been an amazing experience. The location has been ideal as the kids can walk to school and enjoy having their independence as well as having the town centre on the doorstep. Over the years we have redecorated and recarpeted as well as replaced the bathroom and if we were staying we would do so much more including the kitchen. There's certainly scope to extend into the loft as the space up there is huge so should anyone need more space, they could definitely investigate that option. It's a very emotional move but it's now the right time for us to down-size and let the next family relish the rewards of such an amazing home.
