Why you’ll like it:


The eastern side of Salisbury Road is predominantly made up of purpose built developments, built in the latter half of the 20th Century, and this one has a corner plot, half way up on the right. It is low rise with a neat exterior and entrance lobby, with a secure entry system which leads you to the stairs and lift to take you to the second floor. From here the open walkway runs to the right, where your door is clearly marked.


Once inside, you can tell this is a sizable apartment, with depth, and a line of sight right through to the spacious living room ahead.  Passing a deep cupboard for coats and shoes you come to the kitchen which is first on the right.
