The Plot is situated adjacent to the public roadway leading from the A830 trunk road down to Glenfinnan House Hotel. The plot is situated on the righthand side and access will be taken directly from the public road onto a private roadway which serves this plot and three other plots. Maintenance of the private roadway will be shared with all other users on a user basis.

Glenfinnan situated on the Road to the Isles, is a popular area steeped in history, with the Glenfinnan Monument commemorating the Raising of the Standard of Bonnie Prince Charlie located close by and with the village also made famous more recently due to filming of some scenes in the Harry Potter series. Set amid arguably some of the finest scenery in the West Highlands, Glenfinnan is a comfortable drive from Fort William, the nearest main town with all usual amenities.
