Outline planning consent was granted for the construction of 92 dwellings, subject to conditions, on 9th July 2012 under application code AVA/2005/1268. The planning is subject to a Section 106 Agreement. Under the agreement there is provision for off-site open space in the sum of £11,456.20 with no specific requirement, subject to caveats, for ‘affordable housing’.
