Description

This is a rare opportunity to buy a home in the superb Conservation area of this historic riverside town.

Stroll past the Castle and Cathedral as you pop to the High Street to soak up the atmosphere, grab a coffee or while away some time browsing amongst the eclectic shops. If you’re more energetic, cycle along the river bank, take a picnic and stop off and watch the wildlife and boats as they meander along. With so many different choices to choose from, every weekend will be packed with activities.

Situated in the popular Love Lane, you will be the envy of many who sought to live in such a location, with the feel of historic Rochester everywhere you look and the river views that come at a premium.

The property has a modern theme throughout, but has been developed in keeping with the period with a lounge boasting high ceilings giving you a sense of space, so you could imagine snuggling up in front of the fire with the family and watching a film. The kitchen breakfast room is an ideal size for the family to sit around the table and tuck into a roast dinner, and is a great place to keep the peace as you watch over the children, whilst cooking the meals.

There are 2 double bedrooms and a single, complete with an en-suite to the main bedroom providing the ideal place to have your own space, as there is a family bathroom as well.

What the Owner says:

We were looking to move to Rochester as it was good for schools and transport links. We knew that Love Lane was a great location and that if anything was to come onto the market there, we would be extremely interested.

Once this one popped up we went for it. It has been the ideal place to raise our young family and we have felt very safe and secure as the neighbours and community are brilliant.
