Quite a few years back now I saw these stunning apartments being built and I always had my eye on them but had to save quickly for my deposit being a first time buyer. Once they were complete I was quick to grab the one with the courtyard garden as there was only two available with this option. The apartment has been great for all these years and I have loved living so close to town. Being at the back I have never had any road noise and they are so well insulated which has also given me the benefit of really low energy bills. I moved out a while ago and recently rented it out and my tenants have also loved it here. It is quite sad for me to let it go as it was my first step onto the ladder but I really hope whoever comes here next will enjoy it as much as I have.
