The flat is very spacious and has a great amount of natural light. I have done a lot of work to the property since I moved in including fitting a new kitchen with wooden worktops and a ceramic sink. I also created a space for a breakfast bar so that there is the option to eat in the kitchen as well as the living room. The Worcester boiler has a phone app control system which is really convenient too. The building itself is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. Having a private garden is amazing particularly during the summer months as it's ideal for BBQ's. It's a great size too and certainly larger than you usually get with a two bedroom flat. The location is great. The high street is up the road with a good range of shops, restaurants and amenities. There is also the choice of two stations with direct links into Central London including Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge, Canada Water and Victoria.
