The bungalow has been in our family for many years and was built by a local builder in the village taking full advantage of the wonderful views. On a clear day you can see for miles over Appuldurcombe and beyond. We often sit out to enjoy the sunshine and end up spending hours watching the wildlife and the glorious views. The bungalow was extended to accommodate our growing family and has given us an extra bedroom but also a much more valuable second bathroom. The location is perfect as you can walk into the village but you are just far enough out to still get the countryside feeling. We have maintained the bungalow to a high standard and we know whoever buys it is getting a solid well-built property in great condition with magnificent views.
