We just loved it from the moment we saw it. Our only concern was that it was too big for us! We were really surprised by how light it was and that it had a double garage and a private garden. It has a lot of character. The staircase and galleried landing are the central feature of the home and it made it feel different to others we had seen. Having bought it from new there was also safety in the knowledge we had a 10 year NHBC guarantee, and there was no work to do - we could just move in with our boxes and furniture, we have however recently fitted new karndean flooring in most of the downstairs. The community that surrounds us is fantastic, everyone says hello to you in the morning and it is a friendly, safe and peaceful place to live, the perfect place to raise a family.
